Xero app configuration
- Open Xero My Apps and create a new app named Semaphore Wholesale Demo.
- Choose Web app. Company/application URL:
https://wholesale.thesemaphorebakehouse.com.au - Set the redirect URI to:
https://semaphore-wholesale-backend-v2.onrender.com/api/demo-xero/callback - Copy its Client ID and create a Client Secret. Enter both below.

Select Demo Company (AU) on Xero's consent screen. If you don't see it, open Xero and enable its Demo Company first.
Semaphore Bakehouse
Connect Semaphore Bakehouse separately from the Demo Company. Existing test orders remain in demo mode; this connection does not enable real invoicing yet.
